Updates to this page for 2026, including CSA price and number of weeks, coming soon! Meanwhile, the info below is generally accurate.
What’s in a share
Your share includes everything that’s ready to harvest each week. There is a list of currently available veggies that’s updated through the season. You can also customize your order (see below). As a rule, harvest is on the day of delivery, so your vegetables are direct from the field, with no refrigeration. Rinsing is only when necessary. Packing uses as little plastic as possible. Your share is as fresh and direct as if it were from your own kitchen garden!
Share size
Your weekly share averages about 10-15 different vegetables over the season. Shares are smaller at the beginning, and get bigger as the main harvest months roll in (late July onwards). Quantities of each veggie are generous, based on availability of each crop on the harvest day, and often larger than a farmer’s market share.

Pick-up
You can choose to pick up on at least two days each week, from afternoon to early evening. Special pick-up arrangements can be made within reason. Shares are ready to go, packed in recyclable bags that you can return for reuse. The farm is beside Trent University; there’s a directions map with your order confirmation!
Payment details
Payment is by cash, check or e-transfer (in a card-swiping, screen-tapping digital world of invisible money, keeping a tangible connection to cash has its place!).
Customizing your order
Hopefully, you’re a fan of all veggies and look forward to the variety, both the new and the repeated items, in each share! If you have strong preferences, send me an email. You can exclude some items, and request more of others. I’ll make every effort to accommodate!

If you have questions that weren’t answered here or elsewhere on the web site, please email me and I’ll get right back to you!
